Hi I want to create a new Dasboard. So I started the "New Dashboard and Widget Wizard" But there is no Template which I can choose. Whats the problem there?

It should be working even in Beta or RC, albeit the amount of widgets would be limited in those pre-release versions. That is, assuming you have not removed any of the MPs that are imported by default... It is currently known NOT to be working on Windows8, but that doesn't seem to be the one you are running, as far as I can tell from the windows borders and layout. Anyway, you should really try to use the final version... most people have moved out of the pre-release ones and it is even harder to verify things or give directions as to what to look for, since things have changed.
